Morpheus8 is a fractional skin treatment that uses Radiofrequency and microneedling to stimulate collagen and elastin production resulting in skin that is smoother, tighter, firmer and lifted. Fractionated RF skin tightening energy is a scientifically proven method to reduce wrinkles and rebuild collagen and fat.
Morpheus8 is ideal for any areas that have been affected by the natural aging process, overexposure to the sun or existing skin conditions. Treatable areas include the face, neck, decolletage, arms, abdomen, knees, chin, and any areas that have stretch marks or surgical scars.
Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that can benefit from sub-dermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the face, neck and chest. Any area of the face or body that exhibits wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring is suitable for treatment.
It is recommended to do 3 Morpheus 8 treatments separated over 4-6 week time intervals. It is recommended to avoid make-up and exercise for 2-3 days. Skin may be red the day of the procedure and this will fade rapidly. Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically it takes 4 weeks for the maximal collagen and elastin response. With each treatment collagen and elastin will build and grow upon itself.
Morpheus8 patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad-spectrum sunscreen every day. In addition to reducing their future risk of skin cancer, sunscreens also reduce wrinkles and slow the aging process.
